Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Mediation (ADR)

Mr. Liberto is a trained expert in ADR methods who has successfully mediated and arbitrated business disputes both domestically and internationally. He served as a consultant to the World Bank International Finance Corporation (IFC) to assess the institutionalization of commercial mediation in the Kingdom of Morocco. He also represented a large Algerian bottling company in a franchise dispute against large renowned soft drink companies in arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association fee arbitration panel where he arbitrates fee disputes between attorneys and their clients.
