Mr. Liberto is a civil litigation and transactions attorney with over 37 years of experience representing business and individual interests in state and federal courts. Areas of focus are contract disputes, attorney-client fee disputes, debt collection, real estate title disputes, trusts and fraud. Mr. Liberto has developed sub-areas of specialty that focus on Internet issues such as domain name disputes, Web site development, the Online Copyrights Liability Limitations Act, and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Representation includes case assessment, initiation of proceedings and initial response, all phases of discovery, settlement, trial and judgment execution.

Mr. Liberto has also served as an administrative law judge for the cities of Huntington Beach and Long Beach, California. In this capacity he hears and rules on appeals from citations issued by these cities for business related violations. In the area of enterprise liability, Mr. Liberto successfully recovered a six-figure debt owed to the American National Red Cross by a blood clinic. The clinic attempted to escape liability by abusing Chapter 7 bankruptcy relief by reincorporating after bankruptcy.
